Overview

In this department, students obtain skills in food and beverage production service in both domestic and industrial environments. Other than food and beverage knowledge. Trainees can also acquire skills in
1. Housekeeping and laundry
2. Pastries and baking
3. Front office operations and management
4. Cake decorations and icing
On completion of the course, trainees are able to establish them in the industry and their area of specialization and at the end start their own establishments and create employment opportunities

Purpose

• To produce all round citizens/students ready for already competitive industry
• To prepare learners for absorption in the hospitality industry
• To build and improve on the self-esteem and acceptance in the students as an individual
• To instill the team spirit in the learners for easy adaptation in the employment environment
